The Schlage BE365VCAM505 Camelot Deadbolt Keypad Lock - Beautiful And Affordable
The solid brass Camelot deadbolt lock features a unique turn lock feature that lets you lock your door without using a mechanical key and because the door lock is unlocked from the inside you can easily make a quick and safe exit if there is an emergency.
It also has easily customizable, convenient no-key access and is just the right solution for front and back doors in addition to side doors and garage doors.
Using a ordinary screwdriver the Schlage Camelot KeylessDeadbolt can be easily installed in most regular doors without any additional work like drilling in around thirty minutes by practically anyone and does not need initial programming due to the two randomly generated preset access codes so you can begin using it right away.
The convenient low battery indicator flashes bright red and emits several high/low beeps after you punch in a legitimate code telling you that the battery needs to be replaced soon and in the event of a completely dead battery the mechanical backup key can be used to open the lock.
Just so you know if by chance your battery is completely discharged all settings and entry codes are retained in memory so you don’t have to reenter them after installing a replacement battery.
Recently the Camelot Lock (also known as model BE365) was honored with the prestigious Best Buy rating from Consumers Digest as an “Economy Selection” lock for residential use.
Using the research and advanced technology of Schlage’s commercial grade keypad locks the Camelot provides a high degree of security that is professional grade that you can feel when you turn the lock to lock your door.
The Camelot lock can be programmed with over ten thousand 4 digit user codes making it virtually impossible for anyone to ”break” your code. And with a possible 19 custom entry codes it is easy to make temporary codes for repairmen, house cleaners, etc. that can be easily deleted after they leave.
You can also put the lock into a “vacation mode” where all of the codes are disabled for added security while you are away and then enable them when you return and of course you can change the codes at any time for even more added security.
To thwart burglars the easy to read bright blue LED illuminated silicone rubber keypad has a wear-resistant coating so there will not be any wear patterns on the keys that can be used to guess the code.
Rekeying locks is a thing of the past as the codes can be changed in seconds as needed and since the Camelot meets the ANSI Grade 2 standard you can feel confident knowing that you have one of the most durableand secure keypad locks available today for the residential market.
The Camelot is not only a secure lock, it is also a good looking one and comes in several finishes that will add to your home’s look.
Some of the features and benefits of the Camelot lock:
Grade 2 ANSI/BHMA certified
The patented commercial grade clutching motor is tested to one million cycles
Free-spinning deadbolt turn to deter vandalism
A 6 digit code is required to program codes
After 4 failed attempts to open the lock a warning sounds and the keypad is disabled for 30 seconds
Backup key override
Allows for 19 unique codes
Easy programming via the bright blue LED keypad
On-demand keypad illumination for low light conditions
Included 9 volt battery lasts for 3 years before requiring replacement

''That's what education will do'': Investigating the undergraduate experiences of Latino community college faculty. $49.99 Twelve Latino community college faculty members from public two-year institutions in Illinois participated in this qualitative study. The participants engaged in personal interviews, which lasted, on average, 90 minutes. Participants identified precollege factors that influenced college enrollment. They also discussed factors which contributed to a successful transition to, and persistence in, college life. Finally, participants spoke of undergraduate experiences that may have led them to pursue careers as community college faculty and offered strategies for degree attainment to current Latino college students.;An analysis of the data revealed the following overarching findings: significant factors for attending college included a rigorous high school curriculum, connection with a mentor who sponsored college enrollment, and aggressive awarding of financial aid. Undergraduate experiences that encouraged participants to break away from their comfort zones, but also included institutional support, were key for a successful transition to, and persistence in, college life. Early teaching experiences, such as tutoring assignments, and interaction with faculty during the undergraduate years, encouraged college teaching as a career choice. An affinity for teaching, immediate engagement in campus life, and validation by those in the college community was significant in persistence and success as both Latino undergraduates and community college faculty.;Several implications may be drawn from these findings. Early identification and placement of Latino students in college preparatory courses in high school, mentorship by those who sponsor college attendance, cultural awareness of faculty and college recruitment, and awarding of financial aid foster college aspirations in Latino students. Once enrolled in college, those institutions which provided opportunities outside of the classroom for students to broaden their horizons, but also provided institutional support, raised the |
